Last month we concluded our first Distance Learning Program Residency here at our ministry headquarters in Armada, MI. Every DLP course has three phases. The middle phase of a course
requires that a student comes to a specific site to attend class daily. Seven people were enrolled in the Personal Evangelism course and as part of their coursework while here on site last month, the students were paired together and sent out to do door-to-door work. A very simple survey consisting of four questions was used to help students talk with people about spiritual matters. Even though the teams were only out for a short amount of time, the Lord abundantly answered our prayers. All, but two members had good conversations and we believe that one elderly lady trusted Christ as her personal Savior! Now that's good, practical learning!

The first Friday in May usually marks the end of a season of training for our staff and a season of beginnings for those we have trained. On May 1st we were happy to celebrate the graduatiion of our only TEPSE student this year, Jon Foster. The time for
instructing, guiding, studying and applying has come and gone quickly. Receiving a diploma signifies the satisfactory completion of specified coursework and applied practicum. Jon has worked very hard at applying himself to the task at hand and has completed the T1 program well. Following graduation, Jon has decided to continue his training with us by participating in our second year (T2) program, which not only involves the continuation of Biblical studies, but also a summer internship in which he will shadow our staff as we minister in the various evangelism training seminars, camp sessions and evangelism efforts during that time. So, as we anticipate the change from the responsibilities at our School of Evangelism to our summer activities, we look forward to Jon's participation with us and his continuation in the training that will help him to be fit and ready for the Master's use!

We regret to say that Bruce Henning and Kathleen Boudet are no longer with The Ezekiel Project. They have moved onto other endevours. Please pray as the Lord guides them in their future.
